Exciting progress by achieving one more Milestone at MOZART EU project!
The OF2i system, developed by BRAVE Analytics GmbH, has now been successfully installed at Creative Nano’s facility. This advanced instrument provides a valuable capability to monitor nanoparticle dispersion and concentration online in a nanocomposite electrolytic bath.
After thorough training with BRAVE, the Creative Nano team is now fully prepared to operate the system independently, allowing real-time data collection on nanoparticle behavior prior to and during the electrochemical plating process.
The application of the online particle analysis enables continuous control of the plating conditions, leading to higher-quality coatings and advancing the plating industry towards a safer and more sustainable future.
