We’re excited to announce a major achievement in the MOZART project!
At Creative Nano, pilot-scale electroplating of forged piston rods has been successfully carried out using our newly developed Ni/SiC nanocomposite electrolyte—designed and produced entirely in-house.
A key innovation in this process was the integration of the real-time OF2i monitoring system, which enabled continuous tracking of nanoparticle dispersion throughout the plating process. This real-time insight allowed for immediate adjustments, ensuring optimal coating quality and process efficiency.
This accomplishment marks a significant step forward in the development of advanced, high-performance coatings for demanding industrial applications.
