The MOZART consortium marked a major milestone with the successful completion of its 36-month project meeting, hosted by our partners at Brave Analytics in Graz, Austria. Over two days of intensive collaboration, partners reviewed the project’s progress and planned the final steps toward a successful and impactful conclusion.
This meeting served as a critical opportunity to evaluate key achievements from the last project period and align on the remaining activities. Core topics of discussion included:
Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) approaches for particles used in plating processes
High-performance alternative coatings that reduce the use of harmful substances
Sustainability assessments and strategies for market replication
Forward-looking discussions on innovation management and business planning to ensure long-term impact
The consortium reaffirmed its commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for surface treatment technologies. As the project enters its final stretch, all partners are focused on ensuring a smooth and successful closure, with strong results and meaningful contributions to EU sustainability goals.
We extend our sincere thanks to Brave Analytics for their warm welcome and excellent organization of the meeting, which provided an ideal setting for productive discussions and forward planning.
Stay tuned as we prepare for the final phase of the MOZART project!
